- 1 large very ripe banana
- 1 heaping tablespoon of Dutch Processed Cocoa
- 5 tablespoons of Whole Organic Milk or Coconut Milk
- Slice banana and place on parchment paper in a single row. Place in freezer for at least 2 hours.
- Take banana out, place in food processor with the cocoa and milk.
- Mix until smooth.
- Eat right away! This will not freeze well.
Yum!! I bet that tastes like a Sundae. Can't wait to try it...maybe with some fresh cherries on top. :)
