Chocolate Banana "Ice Cream"


  • 1 large very ripe banana
  • 1 heaping tablespoon of Dutch Processed Cocoa
  • 5 tablespoons of Whole Organic Milk or Coconut Milk 

  1. Slice banana and place on parchment paper in a single row. Place in freezer for at least 2 hours. 
  2. Take banana out, place in food processor with the cocoa and milk. 
  3. Mix until smooth. 
  4. Eat right away! This will not freeze well.

  1. Yum!! I bet that tastes like a Sundae. Can't wait to try it...maybe with some fresh cherries on top. :)
